Your Google profile takes the calls
Most roofing clicks go to the top three map results — and your Google Business Profile is what ranks there. If it isn't optimized, you're invisible for "roofer near me" the moment a homeowner is ready to hire.
When a homeowner searches "roofer near me" or "storm damage roof repair," the roofing company at the top of Google gets the call. We build the complete SEO system that puts you there — starting with full Google Business Profile optimization, plus local search rankings, reviews and city pages — so a steady stream of high-intent leads finds you first, not the national lead-gen sites.

After a storm, searches for roof repair spike overnight. Strong roofing SEO means you're already ranked when that surge hits — capturing urgent, high-intent leads instead of losing them to national lead-gen sites.
The average roofing job is worth around $9,000. Ranking one position higher for the right searches can mean several extra jobs a month — an SEO investment that pays for itself many times over.
The right "Roofing Contractor" category, services, photos, and posts — the biggest lever on your map pack ranking, fully managed.
We target the searches that book jobs — "roof repair," "roof replacement," storm-damage and metal-roof terms across your service area.
Dedicated, genuinely unique pages for each city you serve and each service you offer — so you rank across your whole territory.
Steady review generation and responses — a top ranking signal and often what wins a $9,000 job over the roofer above you.
Fast load times, clean structure, local schema, and mobile-first pages — the foundation Google needs to rank you.
Clear monthly reporting on rankings, calls, and leads — so you always know exactly what your roofing SEO is producing.
When a homeowner types one of these into Google, roofing SEO decides whether they find you — or the roofer down the street. These are the high-intent searches we build your rankings around.
Before we say what we would do for your roofing company, here is what we found when we went and measured the competition. We measured 500 small, independent US contractor businesses in October 2026, across roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and landscaping — 334 of them served a site we could read — for the things that decide whether Google and the AI answer engines can understand a business at all. Most of what is wrong is not competitive — it is unattended.
49% had no LocalBusiness schema — the one format built for stating what a business does and where. A further quarter had structured data a plugin added for them, which describes the website and says nothing about the business.
16% carried not a single line of JSON-LD. To an AI answer engine deciding who to name for a trade in a city, those businesses are prose to be guessed at rather than a record to be read.
64% have no real service-and-location architecture, and half have not a single page aimed at a town. The search a homeowner actually types — the trade plus the place — has nothing on their site pointed at it.
37% of the sites we read reused one title across several pages. That asks Google to choose between pages all claiming to be the same thing. It usually picks the home page, and the service pages never surface.
34% had at least one page with no H1 at all. Small on its own, and a reliable sign that nobody has looked at the page the way a search engine does.
18% had no sitemap, and a third of the businesses we pulled from public listings served nothing we could read — parked, blocked, timed out or simply gone. Every citation pointing there is a dead end, and the owner almost certainly does not know.
Local Services Ads are the cheapest paid route into roofing work — $75–130 a lead on published 2026 benchmarks, booking at around 44%, which puts a won job at roughly $568–985. It works, and we do not sell it. But it bills you again for the next job, and the one after that. A ranking you have earned does not.

The same checks we ran across those 500 businesses, run against yours and the roofing companies currently outranking you. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.
Schema, titles, headings, speed, the sitemap. None of it is glamorous and all of it is cheap compared with what it unlocks. There is no point building content on a site Google cannot read.
A page for each service and each town you can genuinely evidence — not one page per town with the name swapped, which is the thing Google has spent years learning to ignore.
Your Google Business Profile does more for map rankings than anything on your website. It needs photos, posts and a steady flow of reviews, every month, not once at setup.
Most agencies in this trade will not put a number on a page. We would rather you knew now than spent a call finding out. The website build is free in every plan — no setup fee, no build fee — and you own it from the day it goes live.
The starting point for a roofing company ready to invest in growth. $319/mo billed yearly.
The complete system, for companies that intend to lead the market rather than appear in it. $1,199/mo billed yearly.
Franchises and operations running five or more locations. From $4,799/mo billed yearly.
No long contracts and no setup fees. If you leave you keep the website, the domain, the Google Business Profile and the analytics — ask every agency you speak to for that in writing. See what is in each plan.
Most roofing companies see meaningful movement in the Google map pack within 3–6 months, with results compounding after that. Roofing SEO builds a durable, long-term stream of leads that compounds over time — and because roofing jobs average around $9,000, the payback builds quickly.
We deliver roofing SEO as part of a monthly Local Leader package rather than a one-off project, so your website, map pack, reviews, and content all work as one system. The investment scales with the leads it produces, and with the average roofing job worth roughly $9,000, even a few extra jobs a month return many times the cost. See packages.
Yes. Your Google Business Profile is the single biggest driver of map pack rankings for roofers, so it's a core part of our roofing SEO — the right primary category (Roofing Contractor), services, photos, posts, and a steady flow of reviews, all managed for you.
Yes. We map your service area, prioritize the highest-value cities and neighborhoods, and build dedicated, genuinely unique city pages plus the citations and profile signals needed to rank for "roofer in [city]" searches across your whole territory — not just your home city.
Especially for a small roofer. SEO levels the field against bigger competitors and national lead-gen sites by earning you free, high-intent traffic from homeowners actively searching for a roof repair or replacement. One won job a month from organic search typically pays for the whole program.
Most of what you will be told is the same list: profile, reviews, citations, content. The difference is that we measured the field rather than describing it. We measured 500 small, independent US contractor businesses in October 2026 and we will show you where yours and your competitors' sit against those figures before you decide anything. An agency that cannot tell you what the bar actually is cannot tell you how far above it you need to get.
The build is free and we earn on the monthly marketing that follows. The catch, stated plainly, is that it only works if we are confident we can rank the site — so we do not take on every company that asks. You own the site either way, and that is in writing before you sign.
You keep the website, the domain, the Google Business Profile and the analytics. We will not hold any of it hostage, and you should ask every agency you speak to the same question in writing before you commit.
