Every remodeling website we build leads with the elements that make homeowners book — not just look pretty.
Before we say what we would build for your remodeling company, here is what we found when we measured the competition. Our first run checked 51 small, independent US contractor sites in October 2026, across roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and landscaping, on a throttled phone connection — the way a homeowner actually arrives. The results say more about the standard you are being compared against than any pitch could.
Not the worst case — the median. The worst was forty seconds. A homeowner with a burst pipe does not wait nine seconds; they hit back and call the next result.
Google publishes 2.5 seconds as the line between good and poor. 94% of these sites were on the wrong side of it and half took over ten seconds. This is not a tail of bad sites, it is the norm.
A quarter were over five megabytes. The heaviest single page we measured was forty-six — roughly a feature film trailer, delivered to someone standing in their driveway on cellular data.
36% scored under 50, which is Google's red band. The bar in this industry is on the floor, which cuts both ways: it is why a fast site stands out, and why "we built you a website" means almost nothing on its own.
Google held real-user performance data for only seven of the fifty sites. For the other forty-three, not enough people visit for Google to have measured anything at all.
6% send a homeowner's phone number over plain HTTP in 2026, and Chrome warns the visitor before they ever see the page.

A remodeler's customer is usually on a phone, often in a hurry, and deciding between three tabs. The structure follows from that rather than from a template.
Speed is a design constraint, not a cleanup task. Compressed, correctly sized images and no third-party scripts nobody asked for — which is most of the 2.5MB median.
One Services page with a bulleted list cannot compete for a dozen different service-and-town searches. Separate pages, each able to earn its own ranking.
The site is yours in writing before you sign anything. Leased sites you lose when you leave are common in this trade and we do not do them.
Most agencies in this trade will not put a number on a page. We would rather you knew now than spent a call finding out. The website build is free in every plan — no setup fee, no build fee — and you own it from the day it goes live.
The starting point for a remodeling company ready to invest in growth. $319/mo billed yearly.
The complete system, for companies that intend to lead the market rather than appear in it. $1,199/mo billed yearly.
Franchises and operations running five or more locations. From $4,799/mo billed yearly.
No long contracts and no setup fees. If you leave you keep the website, the domain, the Google Business Profile and the analytics — ask every agency you speak to for that in writing. See what is in each plan.
A custom, high-converting website is included with every Local Leader package. The standard $7,500 build fee is waived — we earn on the marketing that grows your remodeling business, not on the build, so we only win when you do.
Most remodeling websites launch in about 2 to 4 weeks. Timing depends on how quickly we get your project photos, reviews, and service details — we handle the design, copywriting, and build, and keep the process moving so you're live and booking consultations fast.
Yes. The website is built for your remodeling business and your brand — you keep your domain, your content, and your leads. We manage the hosting, updates, and ongoing optimization so it keeps performing.
Every site is built on an SEO-ready foundation — fast load times, clean structure, mobile-first design, local schema, and dedicated kitchen and bathroom pages — so it's positioned to rank for both project types. Pair it with our kitchen and bath remodeling SEO service for ongoing ranking growth.
Yes. Kitchen and bathroom remodels attract different homeowners, so we build dedicated project galleries and service pages for each — with before/after visuals that build confidence for a high-value renovation and guide visitors to book a consultation.
Yes. We regularly redesign dated remodeling websites into faster, more visual, conversion-focused builds. We protect your existing rankings by mapping old URLs, keeping your content structure intact, and setting up redirects — so you don't lose SEO equity in the move.
Because it is measurable and we will measure it in front of you. Our first run checked 51 small, independent US contractor sites in October 2026 and found a median mobile load of 9.8 seconds, with 94% failing Google's 2.5-second threshold. We will run the same test on your current site before we start and again when it is live.
The build is free and we earn on the monthly marketing that follows. The catch, stated plainly, is that it only works if we are confident we can rank the site — so we do not take on every company that asks. You own the site either way, and that is in writing before you sign.
Sometimes fixing is right, and we will say so. If the bones are sound and the problem is weight, images and missing structure, that is a few days of work rather than a rebuild. If it is on a platform that will not let you add a page per service and per town, no amount of fixing gets you there.
